My name is Willie Harris. I am the owner and operator of Personal Attention 2 Detail Inc. Catering Company. We are a complete commercial food service company that provides wholesome meals at affordable prices. All meals provided by us have been reviewed and certified by a registered dietitian for their nutritional values and caloric intake in accordance with the National Academy of Science recommended daily allowances. The meals are also in accordance with the State of Florida standard operating procedure's and in conjunction with licensed medical staff and a registered dietition/nutritionist.
The menus shall consist of a planned 14 day cycle for the facility in order to promote; a) general consumption, b) dietary supplement therapy, and c) holistic healing. Menus will be sent to each facility a minimum of one week in advance.
